How Much Do You Let Them Handle Themselves?
My nine-year-old daughter loves Little League, which is why it’s so hard to watch a few mean little comments start to get under her skin. She still puts on the uniform and heads out there, but lately I’ve been wondering when a parent should let kids handle things themselves—and when it’s time to step in. If other parents have dealt with this too, I’d really love to know how you handled it.

Well. Charity Run done. Official time: 41:17. Obviously not the sub-40 I was targeting, and yes, I know at least three of you are going to remind me that I said anything over 40 meant the training block had failed.
