What is Vector?
Vector is the GRACE network’s autonomous electric mobility service in Silverdale. Its four-seat vehicles combine panoramic glazing, supportive cocoon seats and HUD-based journeys, with no steering wheel or dashboard screens.
Is Vector free for passengers?
Eligible passengers pay no passenger fare. Connected companies and participating institutions fund the service through business subscriptions. Ride allowances and usage terms apply.
What GRACE score do I need to use Vector?
Vector access requires a GRACE score of at least 600. Household access is linked to the Anchor score, and journeys are managed through a compatible GRACE HUD.
Does Vector pick me up at my front door?
Doorstep pickup is available with a work subscription on Silver, Gold and Platinum plans only. Bronze provides shared access, combined journeys and scheduled pickups.
Does Vector connect Silverdale with ACV Airport?
Yes. The first Vector airport connection links Silverdale with ACV Airport through a dedicated corridor. Further locations will join as the GRACE network expands.
How do I arrange a Vector journey?
Journeys are managed through a compatible GRACE HUD, with thought-based booking. Booking flexibility, pickup arrangements and ride availability depend on the organisation’s subscription plan.
Are Vector rides monitored?
Yes. Every ride is actively monitored to support considerate behaviour and keep vehicles clean and comfortable. Misconduct can lead to temporary suspension of ride access or refusal of future journeys.
