I expected to spend the evening watching the rollerbladers. Instead, I became one. Between a wonderfully patient rental shop owner, my friend’s hilariously misplaced confidence, and dozens of locals gliding beneath the lights along the waterfront, I discovered that Sunset Rollerblading isn’t a tourist attraction—it’s a Silverdale tradition.
